Can a $9.99 wine taste like a $70 wine?

Our 2019 Wine of the Year - for $14.99!
Solanilla is BACK and on sale for $9.99!

Even as hot as it is going to get, I am still going to be drinking red wine with my burgers on July 4th...and Darley Alexander Valley Red is on deck!!

It is crazy to think we can drink wine of this quality at this price point. This kind of thing just did not exist when we started out in the wine business.

Wine wizard Baron Ziegler is the brains behind Darley, and his track record is like no other. He founded Banshee Wines and built it into a powerhouse before selling to Foley Family in 2018. He partnered with legendary winemaker Pax Mahle on Halcon. He launched Marine Layer, Valravn, Averaen, Requiem. The man knows how to find great juice and turn it into something special — and he keeps doing it over and over again.

The 2023 Darley is 100% single vineyard Cabernet from a famed vineyard in Alexander Valley — one of the most celebrated appellations in Sonoma County for Cabernet Sauvignon. The same vineyard currently produces a $75 Cabernet and an $85 Sauvignon Blanc under its own label. We're drinking from the same vines. Same dirt. Same Alexander Valley sun.

Is it too good to be true? The answer is no.

The dirty little secret in the wine business is that the cost to produce a $200 bottle of wine and a $20 bottle of wine is not that different...and Baron and his team are not afraid to pick up the leftovers in this particular situation 😁.

I get the sense many of you already know this wine is special. Darley has quietly become one of our most requested reds — crushing it during Thanksgiving, Wines of the Year, Super Bowl weekend. It even recently came in 2nd place in our Silver Oak Blind tasting.

No newsletter feature needed, just word of mouth doing its thing.

If you haven't tried it yet, now's the time!

The "if you know, you know" rosé - on SALE for $9.99

In the last 12 years of carrying Kingstree Proprietary Red, this is the first time we have ever been able to offer this wine for $12.99.

For me? That means 1 case is automatically coming home with me...I just don't pass on deals like this!!

With over 260 ratings on Vivino and an avg. purchase price north of $25, it represents the type of value that even the pickiest wine drinker can get behind.

This 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Syrah blend is emblematic of everything we are about here at winestore;
- Cool packaging? It's hand drawn illustration!
- Delicious Blend? Check
- Outrageous quality to price ratio? No question

Dare I say, I think I enjoy each iteration of the wine more and more as time goes on.

We'll keep it short and sweet today as I am pretty sure most of you are in the same boat I am which is "I know it, I love it, and I'm walking out with it" 😂

Let's do this!!

Single Vineyard Bordeaux for July 4th?
The "if you know, you know" rosé - on SALE for $9.99
First time ever at $12.99!

Nothing says July 4th sale more than a French Cabernet Sauvignon aged to perfection in American Oak, am I right?

😂

No matter what - Seigneur de Feu at $9.99 per bottle is worthy of fireworks.

It made its huge splash by winning the 2025 Silver Oak Blind Tasting at only $9.99 per bottle (it almost won the Caymus Blind Tasting), and sales in 2025 were up over 300%!!

The last 4 times this wine has come back in stock you all have purchased - over the course of 7 days - 809 six packs, 943 six packs, 1176 six packs, and a mind numbing 1,412 six packs.

That is a lot of wine!!

It has been near impossible to keep in stock, but I am happy to report that our latest container has arrived!

I think people are yearning for a wine (or any product for that matter) that actually can deliver high quality at low prices. It's what we're always shooting for here at winestore., and Seigneur du Feu is leading the charge.

What have we told you about this wine?

Just based on back orders for people waiting for this to come back in stock, it may be a record. One of our team members even e-mailed the whole company the last time it was due in stock and said:

What sent this wine into overdrive?

Our blind tastings always seem to produce some upsets, but honestly this one may take the cake.

Highland Falls, one of our best selling wines of all time, won the Caymus Blind Tasting last fall.

A surprise? Sure. But the wine is a known entity. It sells like hotcakes. I could see it winning in the right conditions.

The Silver Oak Blind Tasting?

In this particular case we had a wine that was the last wine we added to the lineup, a virtual unknown, and a wine we have featured in our newsletter just ONE TIME in our 19 year history, that took home the crown.

I'm sorry, what?

I was so worried that nobody would believe us, that we just decided to include the voting results. You can view them here.

581 of you came in January to test your blind tasting chops across 8 wines - and 25% of you voted Seigneur de Feu in first place. Besting Silver Oak by 14 votes.

These two wines, a $10 wine and an $80 wine, took home 47% of ALL the first place votes.

Just wild...

What is even more insane, is that in the one e-mail we have sent about this wine (and I just read this and it kinda gave me chills), I told you - as kind of a joke - that Seigneur du Feu was basically like Silver Oak but only for $10 because of the use of American Oak in the wine. 👀

Here is what we told you:

"Throughout the last two centuries of winedom, French wine has been aged in French oak. Or has it? In the 19th century, French forests, planted for warships, were plentiful enough for barrels too. In the early 20th century, barrels made from Eastern European oak became more common, especially after WWI decimated French forests. But they were replanted with purpose; the barrel industry returned and has dominated the idea of top flight wine ever since. Yet, American oak is crucial to many other wine regions: Spain, Australia, the U.S., maybe even Silver Oak (they love that vanilla smell). So this is a southern French Cab with American oak’s lashing of coconut and sawdust – the classic aromas of American oak barrels.

Maybe think Silver Oak from France, but only costs $9.99? There may be some hyperbole in there, but you get the idea!
😂"

Have we just uncovered the next big thing?

I have no idea.

But it continues to be incredibly exciting!

TGIF!

Single Vineyard Bordeaux for July 4th?

A heat wave is a comin'...and for me that means copious amounts of rosé are on deck!

My rosé of choice this July 4th Holiday? La Culottée.

In my opinion it is maybe THE "if you know, you know" rosé.

This 100% Caladoc wine (what is Caladoc? It's a hybrid grape that is a cross between Grenache and Malbec) is barrel-fermented, though it is still recognizably rosé in style.

Needless to say, barrel-fermented rosé is anomalous anywhere, much less in southern France. The barrels are over-sized, and the wine has no added sulfur or added yeast. Dry, clean and perfect when served chilled on a sunny day, just like you would with the rest of the rosés you’re slamming this summer.

Things I love about this wine include:
- The grape is unique and cool
- Organic and no added sulfites for those of you into such things
- The color is insanely gorgeous, and the picture does not do it justice
- The wine itself is delicious
- Lowest price in the US

Only 2,000 bottles were made!

100 degree heat and this gem ice cold!!

So we’re at this trade show called Wine Paris a few months ago (someone has to do it… you know how it is), meeting with the folks from Château Malartic. Toward the end of the meeting they said, “You need to meet our friends at Château Dauzac."

Of course, we obliged.

The next 40 minutes blew my mind.

Let’s start with the background: Château Dauzac is one of those estates that’s long been respected but rarely shouted about — reminds me a bit of Laurel Glen in its prime. It sits in the heart of Margaux and is now owned by the Perrodo family, who’ve poured resources and patience into bringing the estate back to form. The results are remarkable: modern precision meets old-school Bordeaux class.

Aurore de Dauzac is the estate’s second wine, but calling it that doesn’t do it justice. I assumed it would be one of those “we use the leftover barrels for this” kind of things. Turns out, not even close.

This isn’t a junior version. This wine comes from a single vineyard plot on the far eastern edge of the Dauzac estate, a site historically called the “rising-sun vines” (Aurore meaning “dawn” in French). The soils are fine and sandy; the vines are densely planted and hand-harvested. Everything about it is deliberate.

That’s what makes it special: you’re getting a Margaux “second wine” treated with the same care as a classified growth. The plot selection is tight, the farming meticulous — this isn’t “everyday Bordeaux.” It’s a statement.

And here’s where it gets interesting. In an age where Bordeaux prices know no ceiling (paired with tariffs and a wild exchange rate), this bottle — with its single-vineyard origin, hand-harvested fruit, and the pedigree of Château Dauzac — comes in on sale $29.99 per bottle.

After sharing a bottle on Father's Day, I can confirm the wine is as stunning as it was when we tasted it at the trade show. While this is not in my Tuesday night taco category, this price point is squarely in my weekend warrior price point...so I'm in for a six pack!

I also know we will probably drink all six over the July 4th holiday 😂

Happy Tuesday All!

🇺🇸 Our 4th of July Specials - These prices are just silly... 😳

06.22.2026

July 4th Specials!

June 22nd - July 6th, 2026

*Please note our stores will be closed on July 4th, 2026 - but the sale prices will all be active on our website throughout the day on July 4th.*

*Curbside Pickup Always Available*

We celebrated our 20th Anniversary last weekend, and we figured the best way to celebrate all things winestore. is to launch a SALE that highlights everything we are all about - bringing you the best possible wines at the guaranteed lowest prices.

We've been talking a lot about value, and how much things are costing lately - and I'm here to tell you this is one of the greatest lineups of value we have ever been able to offer!

Way back in 2020 (which feels like 3,000 years ago and yesterday all at the same time!), with the 4th falling on a Saturday, we wanted to make sure those of you who celebrated the week before the 4th and the week after the 4th could get in on the action. So what did that mean? Running the sale for almost two weeks, of course :)

Since then we have stuck to that pattern, and we can't get enough of it!

That means you get to purchase wine at silly prices for 15 days (we added a day this year since it was our 20th Anniversary and all) AND you get to celebrate the 4th for a couple of weeks! You have our permission. Some of you may wish to celebrate the whole summer, and we are on board with that plan 😁

Quick note - ALL of these sale items are offered to you at the lowest online prices in the USA. Boom! (that was a big firework going off, just fyi)

Of course, THANK YOU ALL for the opportunity to serve you. Even just 20 years in, we feel like we're just getting started.

We are humbled by your support and we strive to earn your business each and every day.

Definitely opening some rosé tonight to start the holiday stretch off right 🤣

This 100% Caladoc wine is barrel-fermented, though it is still recognizably rosé in style. Needless to say, barrel-fermented rosé is anomalous anywhere, much less in southern France. The barrels are over-sized, and the wine has no added sulfur or added yeast. Dry, clean and rather full for a rosé, you can nonetheless drink it chilly on a sunny day, just like you would the rest of the rosés you’re slamming this summer.

The south of France has been home to a sea of vines for centuries, though its heyday was the late 19th century after the newly built railroad allowed shipments to fill the carafes of Parisian cafes. Cotes de Thau is gaining notoriety for its rosé wines grown beneath the former volcano of Agde, with a mix of garrigue, sand, nearby sea and lagoons. This is a blend of Cinsault and Merlot made in a crisp, clean, even racy style of pink wine.

Isn’t rosé wine one of the clearest harbingers of springtime? Sure, rosé is enjoyed year-round now, but as outdoor drinking becomes an actual possibility, the arrival of cool, wet drinks is the true representative of the renewal of life, at least for the wine lover. This blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah hails from the South of France, where outdoor dining and rosé wines are de rigeur, made possible by the bright Mediterranean and its warming winds. You might not be traveling there right now, but a wine like Dosoris Lane can at least put you in mind of calmer times and sunny climes.

2024 Domaine Lerys Tradition
Release Price: $20.00
SALE Price: $9.99 (net)
SAVE 50%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

The family estate Domaine Lérys was founded in 1861 in Villeneuve les Corbières, with vineyards planted on steep schist soils, not such a different landscape from what you find in Spain’s Priorat. The Rhone grapes like Carignan, Grenache and Syrah grown in Fitou are more generous than they are burly. Their Tradition bottling combines 60% Carignan (tangy and almost cranberry like) with dense and deep Grenache.

SALE PRICE: $16.98 (net)

It's Sonoma Cutrer - what more do we really need to say? Oak, Vanilla, butter - all that you expect from a great California Chard and then a little extra thrown in for good measure...

"Mountain-grown, it’s the richest kind,” as coffee commercials used to say, but it’s also true of Cabernet. Foley Family's pedigree doesn’t hurt either: the guys who bring you Merus, Chalone and Chalk Hill Wines are behind the powerhouse Highland Falls lineup too.

2024 Dosoris Lane Proprietary Red
Release Price: $20.00
SALE Price: $12.99 (net)
SAVE 35%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

Maybe one of the most hyped up wines this year, Dosoris Lane is all about showing what type of crazy quality you can produce for under $15. Think black pepper notes from a little Syrah. The black fruits in the middle suggest a little bit of Cabernet; the red fruits and white pepper hint at Grenache. Put it all together and you have some epic red wine from the sunny south of France, with expansive and bright flavors.

2022 Chateau Eyquem Point de Mire

We don’t usually call wine sexy… but this one leaves us no choice. Deep ruby red, smooth and velvety, with aromas of violet, ripe fruit, and just a hint of smoke — it’s Bordeaux turning on the charm. One glass in and you’re loosening your buttons. Two glasses in and you’re wondering why you wore pants… and suddenly Côtes-de-Bourg feels less like a region and more like a lifestyle choice.

The Comte Tolosan region encompasses famed wine regions: Jurancon, Cahors and Armagnac. Typically, the white wines are based upon neutral grapes like Ugni Blanc, Colombard, and Folle Blanche, or more aromatic grapes like Petit Manseng or Gros Manseng. While few of these grapes have distinctive personalities, if you put them into a harmonious blend, they can be pretty charming.

Put together a bunch of passionate kids (some with backgrounds selling wines for legends such as Eric Solomon and Martine Saunier) deeply immersed in the California biz and you can find some pretty tasty wines. That's what they did and that's what we have here.

Fresh, vibrant, and full of charm, this Chardonnay shows off juicy pear and peach, a touch of vanilla, and toasty brioche. You have been told that Pinot Noir is the most finicky of grapes; indeed, it’s supposed to be the “heartbreak grape.” The statement is not false but it’s also not completely true. To make great Pinot Noir is bloody difficult and to do it consistently is virtually impossible, unless you’re in some famous place. But that’s true of most grapes. It’s true that Pinot Noir grown in the wrong place is pretty dreadful, maybe more dreadful than most other grapes. But the middle ground has plenty of wealth to it – you need a friendly place for grape growing but not too friendly. With France’s Pays d’Oc, there are places where it’s easy to ripen grapes and areas that offer just enough challenge to coax Pinot Noir into showing its friendly and compelling side. This is an ideal example.

I'll be honest. Wines of this quality at this price are few and far between as vintners continue to try and stretch their prices further and further. It's a big and bold red from your friends at Kingstree...these guys know what they are doing!

So, is it okay if I predict that Sauvignon Blanc becomes the world’s most widely planted grape in the next decade? In southern France, with the collection of hills, valleys, and plains rolling down to the Mediterranean, it thrives. Sure, the plains are not where you grow Sauvignon Blanc, but there are plenty of other spots where you do. There these wines are vibrant, expressive and tangy – and it’s rare that those three descriptors go together.

Margaux always sounds intimidating, right? “Oh, excuse me, I only drink Margaux.” Relax — it’s still just fermented grape juice. Really good fermented grape juice… that I’m probably drinking in sweatpants while reheating leftover pizza. This is the second wine of Château Dauzac, a Fifth Growth estate that’s been making wine since the Middle Ages. It’s Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, plush with blackberries, plums, and a little cedar. Aged for a year in French oak, it’s polished and elegant — or at least as elegant as you can feel when you’re pairing it with last night’s Domino’s.

Most of the Napa OGs have been bought out or at least changed hands numerous times. The winery behind Palace Thief Napa, starting in 1969, has remained owned and run by the same family. Now, it’s a third-generation project but the critical piece, the vineyards, is really what has allowed this family to achieve such demonstrated excellence. The Cabs are firm, powerful and very classically Napa-esque.

When the French decided to build the Canal du Midi, they unsurprisingly chose a portion of the Pays d’Oc that is flatter and less mountainous than much of the regional landscape. The climate is different, needless to say, but not so very different from sunny California, and the wine has some of that same buttery character that West Coast Chardonnay exemplifies.

Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé, once ubiquitous on shelves and wine lists, are getting hard to find today. Smart buyers are looking at the AOC’s next door, like Menetou-Salon, just a few miles west of those two better known areas. And just like those places, the soils are a mix of Kimmeridgian limestone and the even more famed soil, silex. Silex deserves its fame; it provides tension and complexity to the aromatic Sauvignon Blanc grape.

Spanish wine is a bargain, right? It’s been that way for decades, though it’s only been in the last ten or fifteen years that the wider world has dropped some in their gullets and said, wait, this costs how much? Certainly, less than it should. It doesn't take geniuses to notice it, so we’re not making any claims to our own brilliance. In the case of this Garnacha Tintorera, we’re pretty sure we’ve found what may be the best sub $20 wine we have ever tasted. Spain has done it again!

After killing it with the AVERÆN project in Oregon, the Banshee gang is hard at work again in France. They’ve grabbed some vineyards in Gascony and we’re smart enough to snag some of their early efforts. There’s not a lot of Sauvignon Blanc grown in these spots, but what is there produces wines like this one: poised, more bright melon and citrus - just the way it should be.

When it comes to Santa Barbara, we will always have to talk about the Sideways effect. I know, Sideways was what put Pinot Noir on the map (and dug an early and undeserving grave for Merlot). But it should have featured California’s Central Coast on that landscape. Santa Barbara was the reason that Pinot Noir was so heralded in that movie and where Pinot Noir grows so too does Chardonnay. Where it thrives, so too does Chardonnay thrive.

Sometimes you just have to embrace the mystery of wine; truth be told, we don’t know which grapes are in this wine. They wouldn’t tell us, but we didn’t care after we tasted it. Neither merely crisp or full and rich; the wine straddles a really nice place that is refreshing and patio-perfect, but that has some weight and character to handle rich fish or even grilled chicken.

Throughout the last two centuries of winedom, French wine has been aged in French oak. Or has it? In the 19th century, French forests, planted for warships, were plentiful enough for barrels too. In the early 20th centuries, barrels made from Eastern European oak became more common, especially after WWI decimated French forests.

The fame of Priorat is both recent and ancient; the beautiful Escaladei (Steps of God) mountain formation frames the monastery of Santa Maria of Escaladei; it was founded in the 12th century by Alfonso the Chaste (poor guy). And over the last few decades, the slate and quartz soils called llicorella generate super low yields and super concentrated wines. Grenache and Carignan dominate but this blend includes small amounts of Syrah and Merlot; six months in French oak barrels offers a wine that is powerful but still framed by useful acidity.

Until recently, for Australian producers (and others), Prosecco was a grape and not a place. Recent changes Italy made to how Prosecco is classified, by renaming the grape in these wines as Glera and deeming Prosecco a place and not a grape, mooted any possibility of other countries insisting that they were just naming their wines Prosecco as a varietal designation. Maybe it helped, but Prosecco blew up, internationally speaking. Raffaello is by far, in a sea of Prosecco producers, the best value we have ever tasted.

The $7.99 value train is pulling into the station

Twenty years.

Twenty years ago yesterday we sold our first bottle of wine...and we were kinda not going to do anything really, but we just could not help ourselves.

So we took our two best selling wines of all time over the last 20 years and are putting them on sale for $9.99 per bottle.

If the 25th anniversary is the Silver Anniversary, and the 50th is the Gold, what's the 20th?

I looked it up. It's China. As in, the material. Porcelain.

We'll take it. Porcelain is delicate but durable. It chips if you're careless. It lasts forever if you're not.

Here's what we know after 20 years in business: most people don't make it.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, about 20% of businesses fail in their first year. Half are gone by year five. By year ten, only a third are still standing. And by year twenty? A little over 20% of businesses are still operating.

One in five.

To stay open 20 years and grow from one store to nine across two states? There's no statistic for that, because almost nobody does it.

We opened winestore. on June 16th, 2006 with a simple idea: you shouldn't have to spend more than ten dollars to get a damn good bottle of wine. You can spend more if you want - but don't do it unless you want to.

That idea has never changed.

What has changed is everything else.

There was no iPhone in June of 2006. No Uber. No Spotify, Venmo, or Netflix streaming.

The economy collapsed in 2008. Wine trends came and went. Natural wine got hot. Orange wine got hot. Canned wine got hot. Pet Nat got hot. Big Napa Cabs fell out of favor. Then they came back. Distributors consolidated. Wineries closed. New ones opened. Tariffs threatened. Shipping laws shifted. Amazon tried to sell wine. Then they stopped. Then they tried again.

Through all of it, we've stayed in the same lane: find the best values we can, taste everything ourselves, and bring you wines that punch way above their weight.

Twenty years ago, we were one of the only stores in the country organized by style instead of geography. Light-bodied whites over here. Full-bodied reds over there. Not "France" and "California" - but how people actually drink. That was weird in 2006. It's less weird now.

Twenty years ago, we were early on Spain. Today, everyone has Spanish wines. We'd like to think we helped.

Twenty years ago, we had fewer selections than any wine store in Charlotte. We still do. That's the point. We're not trying to have everything. We're trying to have only the right things.

I could tell you about all the wine we've sold. The pallets. The containers. The cases. But that's not really the point either.

The point is that you keep showing up. You keep trusting us to find the good stuff. You keep telling your friends. You keep letting us be part of your Tuesday nights, your Thanksgivings, your weddings, your cookouts, your quiet glasses on the porch after the kids go to bed.

That's the job. That's what we love to do and we don't take it for granted.

So here's to twenty years. Here's to the next twenty. And here's to finding you something great to drink tonight.

Thank you for your continued business and support. It has been - and continues to be - our genuine pleasure to serve you.

The team @ winestore.

SALE runs Tuesday June 16th - Sunday June 21st, 2026

The sheer velocity at which wines move at $7.99 per bottle is something to behold, and when a wine like Le Refuge hits that price point get prepared...

For the first time ever, we are able to bring you this delicious Sauvignon Blanc for only $7.99 per bottle!!!

What's the dealio?

A Bordeaux group making wines since 1949, Producta Vignobles, blends this crisp, tangy white from throughout the Bordeaux region, but especially from under-appreciated places like Bergerac. From Sauvignon Blanc with a trace of Semillon, this is the kind of steely, refreshing white wine that comprises a small but significant portion of what has made the Bordeaux region the centerpiece of French wine production. Charming, like the little “birdhouse” enshrined in the label, drink this well-chilled and with rapidity.

Let's start Tuesday off just right, shall we?

It's GO TIME!

The coolest bottle ever made is BACK...and on sale!

The hottest Pinot Noir in the store for $9.99!
$7.99 Rosé to beat the heat

This wine has already set a few records - so I am anticipating this weekend to be an absolute show stopper.

This wine arrived last week. Since then, with literally ZERO fanfare, word of this deal starting spreading like wildfire. We recieved over 5,400 bottles of the A56 wines from Aquilini and before we could even get this newsletter out we have less than 1,000 left. 👀

That is bonkers.

Could they all sell today, and what in the world is going on?!?

I’ll be honest…the only thing I knew about Aquilini Winery was that they were a spare no expense operation in Washington State that made extremely tasty wine - but the premium stuff was just way too expensive for me (you can read more about them here).

They brought in all the heavy hitters (namely Philippe Melka - the guy behind 100-point wines for Hundred Acre, Lail, and Dana Estates) with a clear mandate - "it’s going to cost money, but give me a 100 point wine” 👀 They also bought 12% of Red Mountain for their endeavor. Just as a note about Red Mountain - it's a tiny AVA in eastern Washington - only about 4,000 acres total - sitting at the base of the Cascade Range. The days are scorching hot and the nights drop fast. Annual rainfall? Less than 8 inches. The vines have to fight for everything, and the wines that come out of there are some of the most concentrated, structured reds in America. This is where Quilceda Creek farms. Where Col Solare sources fruit. You get the idea.

Anyhoo…as it turns out it did cost money, the highest they got was 99 points, but even with literally billions of dollars at their disposal the Aquilini’s called it quits last fall…right in the middle of harvest no less. Even after buying 12% of Red Mountain (the equivalent of buying 12% of Napa Valley 🤣), and investing hundreds of millions, they just could not make it work.

Enter stage right - the team from winestore.

The Aquilini A56 lineup of wines is DELICIOUS - but at $50 it wasn’t that delicious.

We had a chance to buy up inventory of some of their best wines on closeout - and the star of the show is the 2020 Red Mountain Red Blend.

As of this morning (June 12th), Total Wine had it on their website for $47.99 per bottle (HERE)

We are bringing it to you for $14.99 per bottle - but this is a one time pop. Our regular price after this deal ends on Sunday will be $19.99 per bottle. (if it lasts until Sunday...I have my doubts).

No matter how deep your collection or wine knowledge, everyone needs some $15 wines for a Taco Tuesday night, to take to a cookout, etc.

When you can buy a $50 for $15 and have it be that wine - it’s an absolute grand slam in my opinion.

Obviously there will be no more produced so what we have is all we are getting.

First come, first served.

TGIF!! I know what I'm drinking tonight!

The coolest bottle ever made is BACK...and on sale!
The hottest Pinot Noir in the store for $9.99!

Reminder we open at 9am TODAY!

In the world of winedom, nothing for me signals the true start of summer than the release of the new vintage of SWIMBAD Rosé. It is a wine that quite literally is designed for warm weather outdoor wine drinking. Think pools, boats, beaches, golf carts...the works!

I am glad there are wines like SWIMBAD in the world. I can basically get two bottles of delicious rose, that will float in the ocean with me while I try to keep cool, all for apparently less than a sandwich at Jersey Mike's.

What do we know about SWIMBAD Rosé and why do I love it so?

- The wine is delicious, and at this price point, it is right in my budget sweet spot.
- The PET bottle is perfect for all things summertime. It can't break (I literally tested it and threw one across the parking lot - and yes some people gave me a look 😳), and it fits perfectly in a cooler for the beach, lake or right by the pool.
- It also fits well in beach bags, swimsuit pockets, and in a koozie (yeah, I tried it...you never know, right?)

I think this online review kinda sums up my feelings perfectly:

I'm chilling one for late this afternoon, and cruising into the evening!

Happy Thursday!!

SALE ITEMS THIS WEEK:
The coolest bottle ever made is BACK...and on sale!

Just so we are clear, there is no wine in the store more on fire right now than Les Borgnottes Pinot Noir.

When it arrived last fall it started kinda popular out of the gates - and then we put it in our 2025 Holiday Box and the thing has been on a rocket ship to the moon ever since.

I know it sounds hyperbolic to say we can barely keep it in stock - but if you love this wine and have been buying it regularly, you know one thing...we can barely keep it in stock 😂.

I'm in a BIG Pinot Noir phase for some reason right now. T. SolomonP/N  and Benieres are my daily drinkers. I'm all about moderation in all things...except Pinot Noir 😂

Les Borgnottes rocked my world when I first tasted it. Anyone telling you that you can't find unbelievable wine for less than $10 per bottle has not tried this wine...

Part of the secret sauce here is where the wine is from the vast Pays d’Oc has long been viewed as one homogenous wine region. Les Borgnottes is in the western area, close to the Pyrenees, and with the Black Mountain offering milder temperatures and even trapping moisture from the Mediterranean. The vineyards are on limestone slopes, with both cooling breezes and warm sunshine, creating one of the longest growing seasons in the Languedoc. For good quality Pinot Noir, they have to harvest fairly early to preserve some acidity; they destem the grapes and only age a portion in French oak, with the rest in stainless steel - creating a fresh, fruity and delicious wine.

During the summer also use this pro tip - put the wine in the fridge for 15-30 min before serving. Thank me later!

Happy Wednesday!!!

A wine that is as delicious as it is beautiful has returned for its 2026 campaign!

When we first got this wine in stock back in March of 2024, you all were the first people in the United States to get to see what may go down as one of the best glass bottles I have ever seen, matched with some super powerful red wine made by winemaking superstar Nicholas Vellas. (a video of the bottle can be found here).

We first saw this bottle in February of 2023, and waited to get our allotment of this wine for an entire YEAR. It finally arrived and immediately sold out!

So we attempted to re-order more, and it took six months to get it back in...oh, and fielded a bajillion e-mails and phone calls from customers who got in on the first tranche wondering when it was coming back in stock!

It ran out again over the holidays and...you guessed it...it took ANOTHER six months to get back in stock (surely these guys are going to work out their logistical challenges).

Why do we love it so much?!

The wine is made from Syrah and Grenache in more or less equal proportions here, and this exhibits what makes Costières de Nimes an increasingly popular and important sub-region of the Rhone Valley. It benefits from the same Mediterranean sun and breezes, and the same limestone soils, as any other southern Rhone appellation.

But here's the catch - unlike so much Châteauneuf-duPape, this stuff is actually affordable!

As an added bonus, we'll have this on the tasting machine at all 9 stores for just $0.01 all week long.

I know what I'm drinking tonight!

Why are these drinks seemingly on a sales spaceship to the moon?

In just a few short months these drinks have gone from "What are these?" to this type of frenzy...

Their latest flavors - honestly game changers for me.

The Golden Glow is the best tasting drink in this category that I have had! (full disclosure I had one last night and slept maybe the best I have slept in months 😂)

$9.99 for Sparkling Rose? Can it be true?!?!
The THC Sippers that are stealing the show...
Picpoul is never a bad idea...especially at $9.99

First of all, TGIF - am I right?

Second of all, prepare for absolute mayhem today.

Why? Because this may be the deal of the year...👀

How about a little background to begin?

Raptor & Crimson is made by Kevin Morrisey. My guy has a good story.

Morrisey spent a decade working as a cameraman in Hollywood - building sets, loading trucks, laying dolly tracks, bouncing between LA, New York, and Paris. He even has an IMDB page (HERE 😂). At 35, he decided to change his life completely. He got a master's degree in enology from UC Davis and set his sights on doing an internship at Château Pétrus - one of the most legendary estates in the world. He called. And called. And faxed. And emailed. And called again. Until finally Christian Moueix, the legendary winemaker at Pétrus, picked up the phone and said: "Yes, you can come work harvest. But please, stop calling me."

From Pétrus, Morrisey went to Stags' Leap Winery, rose through the ranks, got recruited by Tony Soter to be winemaker at Etude, then went back to Stags' Leap as head winemaker and general manager, and eventually landed at Ehlers Estate, where he spent nearly a decade as winemaker and GM making some of the best organic Cabernet in Napa.

That's who made this wine.

Raptor & Crimson is a multi-vintage blend of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from some of the best vineyard sites in Napa Valley - 2019, 2020, 2021, and a splash of 2022. The fruit comes from vineyards across Oakville, including parcels adjacent to Screaming Eagle. It's bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Release price was $50 - you can see that at the link above and also here.

We can bring this to you, on sale this weekend - for $14.99. 100% Napa Valley Cabernet for $14.99!!

At a time when it feels like you're always paying more and getting less, we're trying to do the exact opposite. We don't have the marketing budgets of a Total Wine. We don't have the billboards. We don't have the "buying power".

What we do have is the ability to taste through hundreds of wines, find the ones that punch way above their weight, and bring them to you at prices that we know are beyond crazy. (writing that I was trying to maybe channel this scene 😂)

That's the job. That is what gets us excited.

And this one may be one of the biggest hits of 2026.

Get while the gettin' is good!

TGIF!

🔥 YES! $9.99 Rosé for the weekend! 🎇

SALE ITEMS THIS WEEK:
$9.99 for only the third time ever
$12.99 Decanter Award Winner Back In Stock!

The new 2025 vintage of Rosabelle has arrived, and it is a show stopper.

(Did I mention this was recently voted on Vivino as one of the top 25 Languedoc rosé's in the world? At $9.99 per bottle?!?!? WIth 1,294 ratings?!?!)

You guys clearly love this wine just as much as everyone else. Rosabelle has become the #3 best selling rosé of all time in the store and this is only the 3rd time we've ever featured it in a newsletter!

Wines reach that kind of status by delivering the goods, in a BIG way.

Rosabelle is affordable, delicious, and nutritious (well, maybe not nutritious but I think that used to be an advertising slogan back in the day 😂).

I'm glad wines like Rosabelle exist. I need more delicious $10 wine in my life! I'm tired of people trying to convince me that the $10 PB&J on the kids menu at the restaurant makes any financial sense. Or the $15 side of mac and cheese. Make the madness stop please!

Anyhoo - back to a $9.99 bottle of stunning rosé...

For rosé it doesn't matter as much what grapes you use, just the process. Though they need to be picked early and when they’re still tangy and tart. For Rosabelle that means Grenache and Cinsault. These days a paler style of rosé prevails, set by Provençal producers and Rosabelle is cut from that cloth.

Added bonus here? According to Vivino the average price paid for Rosabelle out there is $18.33 - and you're getting it for $9.99 per bottle.

SCORE!

On Sale through Sunday...but I know what I'm drinking tonight!!

🍷 $12.99 Decanter Award Winner Back In Stock! 🍷

05.28.2026

2024 Maison Ventenac "Le Paria"

Release Price: $20.00
winestore. Price: $12.99 (net)
SAVE 35%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

Reminder we open at 9am Thursday - Saturday!

SALE ITEMS THIS WEEK:

$9.99 for only the third time ever

This 100% organic perennial favorite here at winestore. has finally come back in stock, and we could not be more excited. (pro tip - place this red wine in the fridge for about 15 minutes before drinking it!)

But what is up with the photo, right?

My favorite wine magazine , Decanter, recently featured Le Paria in their "Top Wines of the Year", and we thought you should know about it.

I'm not really big into lists and such, but they put Le Paria in some pretty good company.

As you can see in the photo above, they put Le Paria right in the mix between wines that cost $132, $69, and $89 (and that's just on their page. It was their best red value selection in their top 30 reds.

It is also the least expensive wine on their entire list!

We said the first time we told you about this wine, "we pride ourselves on trying to find extreme values here at winestore., but this one is potentially in a league all its own"...and maybe it was just kinda nice to see that others seem to agree :)

Le Paria hails from the Cabardés region inside Languedoc, and a little town called Ventenac, in the rolling foothills of the Pyrenees. For France, this is warm climate viticulture though it is not so different from the southern Rhone Valley climatically speaking. In general, the Languedoc doesn't cool off in the same manner as the Rhone but Grenache is happily at home in such a sunny place. And the family is invested not only in their historical sites and vines on the side of Montagne Noire but also in sustainable viticulture (they’re members of Terra Vitis - link HERE). The vineyard is free of chemical inputs and the wine has no added sulfites; it’s aged only in traditional concrete tanks.

I know what I'm drinking tonight!

Let's do this!

Larme Rosé at $9.99!
The #4 selling wine in the store is on SALE!
The best Pinot Noir you will drink this year...

I'm convinced at this point that in our 20 years in business there is no better time than now for our business model to shine. In a world where a restaurant this week tried to charge me $15 for a side of mac and cheese (it was $13 just 6 months ago), I am proud to report that here at winestore. we are still out here treating your money like it was our own.

Our goal to bring you the absolute highest quality products at the lowest possible prices knows no bounds, and Ellie Sauvignon Gris is a perfect example of our model in action!

When we first tasted this gem it was bold, unexpected, and impossible to ignore — just like the elephant seemingly wearing a bathing suit that is on the label. It’s 100% Sauvignon Gris, a rare cousin of Sauvignon Blanc that’s almost never bottled on its own. But in Gascony, with sunny days, cool nights, and soils of clay and silt, this grape shines.

Imagine white peach and apricot on the nose, a crisp, complex palate, and a finish that lingers with freshness and balance. Think of it as Sauvignon Blanc’s more stylish, slightly mysterious cousin. 😂 You'll also up your street cred with your wine geek friends on this one.

The elephant in the room? You’ll want more than one bottle...I only know this because at a dinner party with friends recently, we went through 6 bottles. I'm not going to comment at this time how many people were at said party...this is and always will be a judgement free zone 🤣.

TGIF!!!!

Memorial Day Featured Items:
Larme Rosé at $9.99!

Burns Landing Cabernet is having one heck of a start to the year.

Wine arrives in January. Wins the Prisoner blind tasting in February. Carries that momentum and almost 5 full months into 2026 is the #4 best selling wine in the entire store!

Just 6 days ago we got the following e-mail from a customer that confirms I guess what a lot of people are feeling right now!

So what is going on with this wine and why are people losing their minds?

Here is what we told you in January:

At some point the bulk market for wine in California will fully correct, equilibrium will be restored for a time, and these insane deals will come to an end. Until then, we are here for the party.

Today’s insane gem - 100% single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from the eastern hillside slopes of Alexander Valley, grown in volcanic soil in the foothills of the Mayacamas Mountains - the same mountain range that forms the spine between Sonoma and Napa, the same range that gives structure to some of the most expensive Cabernet on earth.

This is the second time we have bought juice from this winery. The first time someone forwarded the e-mail to the winemaker, who then called me and was like “Yo, I thought we had an agreement…” and I got my wrists slapped.

So this time I can only tell you about the vineyard site - but that is enough to send any Cabernet lover into overdrive.

The specific vineyard site sits along Chalk Hill Road, where Alexander Valley, Chalk Hill, and Knights Valley converge. There are only a handful of properties on this stretch. The soils are red volcanic - well-drained, mineral-rich, and nutrient-poor - which is exactly what you want. Vines struggle here. They send roots deep into fractured volcanic bedrock looking for water, and in return they produce small, intensely concentrated fruit with natural acidity and structure that you find in some of the most expensive wines on planet earth.

This particular site was planted by the same viticulturist who shaped the vineyards for Opus One and Robert Mondavi's legendary To-Kalon holdings in Oakville. You read that correctly…the person who designed the most iconic vineyard in the history of American wine planted this one too.

The estate directly adjacent to this vineyard produces three Bordeaux-style blends that routinely score 98-100 points from Robert Parker, retail north of $400 per bottle, and are only available through mailing list allocation.

These guys hand-harvest. They obsessively sort. The wine is unfined, unfiltered, and un-acidified - which is winemaker speak for "we didn't cut any corners."

All of that, and thanks to a bulk market that keeps on delivering the goods, we have it on sale this holiday weekend for only $19.99.

Let the mayhem begin!

Happy Wednesday all!

😍 Memorial Day Special #1 - Our Best Selling Rosé at $9.99...😍

05.19.2026

2025 Larme en Rose

Release Price: $20.00
SALE Price: $9.99 (net)
SAVE 50%

FULL MEMORIAL DAY SALE LINEUP: HERE

Lowest Online Price in the US!

SALE ends Monday May 25th, 2026

Reminder we open at 9am Thursday - Saturday!

The 2025 release of our #1 selling rosé of all time arrived in time for the official start of summer - and we are PUMPED UP!

Memorial Day is kinda the official start of rosé season (but let's be honest we drink rosé year 'round), so the chance of us opening up multiple bottles of this over the holiday weekend are strong to quite strong.

Why is the wine so special? (Aside from the fact that it has sold 8 bajillion bottles since its release in 2018...😂)

Well, if you stick around the wine business long enough, you’ll have seen it all. Where once wine coolers were cooler than Liebfraumilch, now hard seltzer is hot (served cold). White Zin was once de rigeur, though it was never French; it was from the good ol’ US of A. But then that became too sweet and the category died. Or seemed to. Because then rosé rose up like a zombie eager for fresh meat, though the current iteration of the pink stuff is more often French than not. Provence is the epicenter of it and the French have figured out how we like it: dry, pale pink, light and refreshing.

I know what I'm drinking tonight...right when I get home! It's gonna be 90 degrees today!

Happy Tuesday all!

05.18.2026

Memorial Day Specials!

May 18th - 25th, 2026
ALL WEEK LONG!

*ALL Wines Priced At Lowest Online Price in the USA!*

May is so crazy (people call it Maycember!), but we love to cap it off every year with an epic Memorial Day Sale!

Memorial Day Weekend is a time to give thanks to those who have given their life to serve our country. It's the weekend that kicks off summer, and rings in the end of the school year. Pools open and grills fire up. Kids get ready for camp. Life is good, right?

So this week we're gonna be playing songs like this song on repeat in the store (seriously, that song is my fave - first time you hear it by the pool it means summer is here!), while we're also rolling out our largest Memorial Day Sale ever, with prices that hit the wallet just right.

Some of the gems below we have never marked down to these prices, and a few have very limited availability.

As always, thank you for your business. We continue to be humbled by the opportunity to serve you.

We sincerely appreciate it!

Let's do this people!!

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

Balcon delivers everything you want in a great rosé in spades. This unctuous pink wine is dry, stony, fruity, lengthy. Comprised of Grenache, Grenache Gris and Mourvedre, there’s a lot more here than many a rosé that you’ve tasted before.

SALE PRICE: $16.98 (net)
SAVE 40%

2021 Chateau Franc Pipeau
Release Price: $45.00
SALE Price: $24.99 (net)
SAVE 44%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

If the Bertrand name sounds familiar, it should — their sister estates Château Carteau and Château Vieux Lescours have been breakout stars for us. With the price finally right, we’re excited to bring you Franc Pipeau, from a family that’s been making wine in Saint-Émilion since 1850 across five generations on prized clay-limestone slopes. Jacques Bertrand even served as President of both the Saint-Émilion Wine Syndicate and the Jurade de Saint-Émilion — serious credentials. The wine is classic Right Bank Bordeaux: 75% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, hand-harvested from 6.5 hectares in Saint-Hippolyte at the foot of the côte.

2024 Benieres Pinot Noir
Release Price: $20.00
SALE Price: $9.99 (net)
SAVE 50%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

Fresh and fruity Pinot Noir from the Pays d'Oc, a region warm enough and varied enough to allow even persnickety Pinot Noir to find its happy place.

2023 The Palace Thief #2
Release Price: $78.00
SALE Price: $24.99 (net)
SAVE 68%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

2023 P/N Pinot Noir
Release Price: $25.00
SALE Price: $12.99 (net)
SAVE 48%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

Put together a bunch of passionate kids (some with backgrounds selling wines for legends such as Eric Solomon and Martine Saunier) deeply immersed in the California biz and you can find some pretty tasty wines. That's what they did and that's what we have here.

2024 Granicus Proprietary Red
Release Price: $25.00
SALE Price: $9.99 (net)
SAVE 60%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

We like to shop in the Languedoc-Roussillon; it’s a place in Mediterranean France that has been important for more than a century but, despite the noise about inexpensive Bordeaux wines, remains the place to shop for value. When they are growing on chalky-clay terroirs, and when they apply Bordeaux techniques to it (fancy stainless steel, new French oak, minute temperature control and the like), they make a fascinating wine.

2023 Willowlake Pinot Noir
Release Price: $39.99
SALE Price: $19.99 (net)
SAVE 50%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

Finally! A wine that rivals Belle Glos at a much friendlier price point. Pinot lovers unite!

2024 Carmita Red Blend
Release Price: $15.00
SALE Price: $7.99 (net)
SAVE 47%
Lowest Online Price in the USA!

Recently Almansa has been considered to be hot for high quality wines, but a century ago Almansa produced high quality wines, albeit at that time they were sweet ones. They used Alicante Bouschet, but today they call it Garnacha Tintorera, they nixed the sweet, and they mix it with 30% Monastrell to make this wickedly powerful red wine.

2022 Cape Charles Chardonnay
Release Price: $40.00
SALE Price: $17.99 (net)
SAVE 55%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

That’s right - 100% Napa Valley Chardonnay from one of the top producers in America

2024 Benieres Chardonnay
Release Price: $20.00
SALE Price: $9.99 (net)
SAVE 50%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

The vast vineyards of France’s Languedoc hold many well-known grapes, including Chardonnay that is friendly and accessible. This one is gathered from organic vineyards on the Aspères plateau with its excellent marl and limestone soils. The winemaking is straightforward – stainless steel fermenters and just enough lees stirring to enrich the texture and flavors. We love finding wines like this!

2021 Chateau Malartic Skiff
Release Price: $40.00
SALE Price: $24.99 (net)
SAVE 38%
Lowest Online Price in the USA!

From the prestigious Château Malartic-Lagravière, Le Skiff is their so-called “second wine.” But don’t be fooled — 83% Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot gives it depth, dark fruit, and velvety texture that drinks like first-class Bordeaux. The Bonnie family farms sustainably, harvests by hand, and ages the wine in French oak for 15 months — so what ends up in your glass is polished, plush, and seriously charming. It’s Bordeaux at its best: elegant, balanced, and meant for lingering evenings. Think more romantic stroll along the Seine… less Macron getting slapped by his wife.

2023 Burns Landing Cabernet Sauvignon
Release Price: $75.00
SALE Price: $19.99 (net)
SAVE 73%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

2024 ELLIE Sauvignon Gris
Release Price: $15.00
SALE Price: $9.99 (net)
SAVE 33%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

Sauvignon Blanc may be the star, but Ellie’s the scene-stealer. This rare grape brings all the bright citrus and tropical fruit you love, then smooths it out with a juicy, round finish. Fresh, fun, and just a little unexpected — it’s the kind of wine that keeps the party going. Ellie’s the kind of wine you text at midnight and she actually shows up.

2023 T. Solomon Pinot Noir
Release Price: $70.00
SALE Price: $24.99 (net)
SAVE 64%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

I have tasted the final version twice now, and I am willing to put my professional reputation on the line here and tell you that this may be the best sub $40 Pinot Noir you are ever going to try.

2024 Vellas Sauvignon Blanc
Release Price: $19.99
SALE Price: $12.99 (net)
SAVE 35%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

To most, the Languedoc is a large scale region with small scale ambitions. Even more importantly, there are ancient vineyards in the Languedoc that didn't get grubbed up and replaced with newer, sexier clones. Older vines have survived, and in the best spots, the climate is conducive to long life, and those vines that have provided the grapes for this wine have long been grown organically.

2025 White and Sea White Blend
Release Price: $15.00
SALE Price: $7.99 (net)
SAVE 47%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

It’s surprising that grapes like Sauvignon Blanc aren’t more widely planted in southern France, as they can be harvested fairly early to retain bright and citrusy acidity without really losing character or even complexity. Maybe wines like this will encourage more winemakers to try working with crisp and aromatic white grapes in Languedoc-Roussillon.

2024 Dosoris Lane Proprietary Red
Release Price: $20.00
SALE Price: $9.99 (net)
SAVE 50%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

2023 Colline du Bonnet Grenache
Release Price: $25.00
SALE Price: $9.99 (net)
SAVE 60%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

Colline’s Grenache vines are baked in the sun around the town of Cébazon in eastern Languedoc, and still enjoy enough of the Mediterranean breezes to retain some acidity. The winemaking is more traditional than modern (cold soaking the grapes for two days is still new thinking) but otherwise the grapes stay on the skins in vats for at least a month; then see long aging in cement cubes. The old guys would be proud

2025 Dosoris Lane Blanc
Release Price: $15.00
SALE Price: $9.99 (net)
SAVE 33%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

2024 Cape Charles Sauvignon Blanc
Release Price: $25.00
SALE Price: $9.99 (net)
SAVE 60%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

2024 Histoire de Grains Marselan
Release Price: $20.00
SALE Price: $9.99 (net)
SAVE 50%
Lowest Online Price in the USA!

Throughout the expansive Roussillon-Languedoc are some of the more adventurous French grapes with which you might not be familiar – Marselan is at the top of the heap. It’s a crossing of Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache and in the last quarter century is being looked to as one of the grapes that might save France from climate change. Will it? Who knows. But it certainly is interesting stuff: a bit lighter than Cabernet Sauvignon but with some of its strengths and backbone. Bordeaux has just recently chosen it as a newly approved grape there; they see its character and future importance as well.

2023 Snowvale Sierra Foothills
Release Price: $80.00
SALE Price: $14.99 (net)
SAVE 81%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

Since the 2012 vintage we have been partnering with Baron Ziegler and Rob Fischer to select some insane high end left over barrels from prestigious wineries and bottle them under their Snowvale and Willowlake labels. The results have been pretty eye opening. We’ve seen wine from Dominus, Hidden Ridge, maybe or maybe not Dunn and some other crazy names.

2024 Rocoiseau Viognier
Release Price: $12.99
SALE Price: $7.99 (net)
SAVE 38%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

More than a half century ago Viognier was forgotten; near extinct. In the 1980s things blew up, with acreages quintupling. There were a few successes, but most just didn't do justice to the grape. Winegrowers eventually found the ideal conditions, while the Viogniers of the Rhone have become pricey and sought-after. Elevated spots in the Pays d’Oc are this wine’s source; to a great degree this is the grape’s frontier now.

2024 Maison Belliac Chardonnay
Release Price: $25.00
SALE Price: $9.99 (net)
SAVE 60%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

2024 Darley Chardonnay
Release Price: $20.00
SALE Price: $9.99 (net)
SAVE 50%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

Fresh, vibrant, and full of charm, this Chardonnay shows off juicy pear and peach, a touch of vanilla, and toasty brioche. The palate is rich yet lively, finishing long with a hint of hazelnut warmth. It’s an easy match for seafood, soft cheeses, or just sipping with friends. So smooth it might seduce your seafood.

Corte Giovanni Prosecco
Release Price: $15.00
SALE Price: $9.99 (net)
SAVE 33%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

Though Prosecco is made throughout the northeastern Italian regions of Veneto and Friuli, there are two areas that produce wines with more vibrancy and complexity to them and that are solely elevated to DOCG status as a result: Conegliano-Valdobbiadene and Colli Asolani. A very dry version of Prosecco (the meaning of Extra Brut) is as modern as it gets, but it reflects the growing awareness of Colli Asolani as producing wines.

2024 Le Cabas Sauvignon Blanc
Release Price: $20.00
SALE Price: $9.99 (net)
SAVE 50%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

Gascony ain't just the Three Musketeers, though they have a place in our hearts as well. More than anything, Gascony is foie gras, delicious plums and apricots, rich dinners with Armagnac to follow. But the white grapes grown here are not just for great brandy, they have always been consumed as wine too and the last decade or so has seen an embrace of clean, cold winemaking to preserve the aromas of otherwise neutral grapes like Ugni Blanc or Folle Blanche. It's also seen new plantings of Sauvignon Blanc, a grape that requires no heroic measures to reveal its aromatic riches. Whats fun here is that these same winemaking methods generate something bright and vibrant but without much resemblance to other such Sauvignon Blancs (I'm looking at you, New Zealand), many of which have begun to seem like self-caricature. This one is comfortably itself, needing only an ice bucket and a big glass.

2024 Rase Montagne
Release Price: $20.00
SALE Price: $9.99 (net)
SAVE 50%

Lowest Online Price in the USA!

This wine is bold, juicy, and just a little wild — like the night that always starts with “just one glass.” Syrah brings the spice, Alicante brings the color and body, and together they make a blend that’s smooth, powerful, and far too easy to finish. Pairs with grilled meats, late-night pizza, and questionable decisions. Big, bold, and guaranteed to stain your teeth… and maybe your reputation.
