Chablis over the last few years has enjoyed the best of times and the worst of times, and sometimes at the same time. The 2022 vintage was badly damaged by frost, though the hail that hit much of Burgundy spared Chablis. The result was a smaller crop than anyone had hoped, but what was there was super concentrated.
