When we first tasted it it was bold, unexpected, and impossible to ignore — just like the elephant seemingly wearing a bathing suit that is on the label. It’s 100% Sauvignon Gris, a rare cousin of Sauvignon Blanc that’s almost never bottled on its own. But in Gascony, with sunny days, cool nights, and soils of clay and silt, this grape shines.
 
Imagine white peach and apricot on the nose, a crisp, complex palate, and a finish that lingers with freshness and balance. Think of it as Sauvignon Blanc’s more stylish, slightly mysterious cousin. 😂 You'll also up your street cred with your wine geek friends on this one.
