The quote above is from the 2019 Dry Creek Mariner front label, and while it has absolutely nothing to do with how delicious this wine is, we thought it was pretty awesome and thus decided to include it in this e-mail. Anyhoo - back to the topic at hand - Dry Creek Mariner one of the lowest prices in the USA! If still waters suggest depth, a wine of this balance and equanimity is proof that noise and intensity aren't required for richness. A blend of 61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc, 11% Malbec and 8% Petit Verdot, this has length and character, but it’s not ever about the high alcohol intensity typical of California’s celebrated wines.
