Enter the new 2022 Brunn Rosé - made from the Zweigelt grape...one you may not have heard of, but now you're in the know.

Karl and Godfried Steinschaden’s family has lived and farmed the land in Engabrunn for six generations. With traditional practices in the winery, and organic farming being adopted, they are all about how the past can inform the present. They own the oldest traditional basket press in this region, dating back to 1564 A.D. It was originally used by the Benedictine Abbey of Gottweig near Krems, but now is used in this crafty winery, north of the Danube, in Kamptal, to make a charming, pinkish expression of the vibrant Zweigelt grape.
