That's what we have going on here today.

Over four generations of winemaking, the Vellas family has slowly assembled a strong group of properties in Languedoc and Roussillon (Mediterranean France). In beautiful sites like Mas du Pont (near Montpellier) they have created not only a vast set of vineyards but also farmlands, bull breeding, equestrian centers, olive groves and more. They pull their Cabernet from areas such as Costiere de Nimes, Coteaux Varois, Oc, Saint-Guilhem, Grès, Saint Drézery, Muscat de Lunel, Languedoc, Pic St. Loup and Faugères. With Cabernet spread out across these sunny and Mediterranean climes, ripeness and aromatics are both in strong supply.
