I absolutely do not know of any Champagne right now, and I'm talking true Champagne - the stuff that is made in Champagne, that retails for $24.99.

Jean-Nöel Haton makes numerous Champagnes; the Haton house is in the top ten of Champagne producers. But you wouldn’t know about it unless you lived in Champagne or were somehow deeply ensconced in the wine biz. This family has been making Champagne since 1928 and you should probably get in on it before the centennial in a few years when things are bound to get noisier and pricier.
