If you drink any bubbly on the regular, you have become aware that Champagne is extremely tough to find right now. Even brands like Veuve Clicquot, who produce a bajillion bottles a year, have found their inventory situation dire. 

So we wrestled with whether to actually send this newsletter out, as we want to be able to offer this wine into the holidays for as long as possible.

But we would not be doing right by you if we didn't tell you that we only have about 400 bottles of our best selling Champagne to last us through New Years - and I'm not even sure those will last until the end of November. This wine also happens to be the best value Champagne I have ever tasted...but who's asking.

Jean-Nöel Haton makes numerous Champagnes; the Haton house is in the top ten of Champagne producers. But you wouldn’t know about it unless you lived in Champagne or were somehow deeply ensconced in the wine biz. This family has been making Champagne since 1928 and you should probably get in on it before the centennial in a few years when things are bound to get noisier and pricier.
