I love wine in magnums.

They look cool. They are the perfect size for any dinner with 4 or more drinkers. The wine ages better in them. They make awesome gifts (holidays anyone?).

What's not to love!?

So when we get a wine that has been a staple at our store for over a decade, in large format, at the lowest US price? It's time to back up the truck!

Not familiar with Gundlach Bundschu (or "Gun Bun" for short)? They have been farming the famed Rhinefarm Vineyard for six generations, and their Mountain Cuvee contains fruit mostly from this iconic location.

It's a blend of Cab, Merlot, Cab Franc, Zin, Syrah, Petit Verdot and even a whiff of Malbec. It's bold, easy drinking, and completely delicious.

So if you love magnums as much as I do, or you want a bottle or two to be able to bring to that next dinner party, or you just want something cool around the house...you're gonna want to get some of this!
