Guillaume Gonnet CDP 'Val de Garrigues'

There are plenty of people in the Rhone Valley with long histories in the wine biz. Guillaume Gonnet is a third-generation winemaker from the region.When he took over the family plot they bought some Chateauneuf-du-Pape vines in 2015, with some of those vines a half century to nearly a century old. Principally 70% Grenache and 10% Syrah, the rest is Mourvèdre and Cinsault. It’s both a modern, and very traditional style of Chateauneuf.
