Cambria Clone 4 Pinot Noir
So, can we dispense with the attitude that merely because Cambria sells a lot of Pinot Noir, it must not be very good. Think about that for a second. If they sell a lot of wine, they MUST be good, right? They have this new clonal project and it includes Clone 4 (most people call it Pommard) which they planted back in 1970. If I was making Pinot Noir and I had to pick a single clone to rely upon, it would be Pommard.
