The Meyer Family founded Silver Oak (maybe you've heard of it) back in 1972 and have been making great wine ever since. They sold Silver Oak back at the turn of the century and have now turned their attention towards Meyer Fmaily Cellars. Aged for over 2 years in barrel this is about as high octane as you can get for $25 - and the Meyers have some pretty serious street cred when it comes to making wine.
